Hailing from New Jersey, Paco Loco, born in February 1970, always had a passion & love for underground hip hop. This passion led him to partake in several elements of Hip Hop such as DJing, breakdancing, producing & emceeing. After several years of honing his craft, he made the hard decision of retiring the microphone to pursue a better education and a career in the business world.
*He was diagnosed with stage four cancer with an unknown primary in June 2021 and was told he had about a year to live.
*This time around he is more determined, focused, & passionate. He has a story and message he wants the world to hear.
The album concept in itself is unique. The album takes you on a journey through the trails and tribulations of his life and the unthinkable truth of being diagnosed with cancer. The album also includes interludes throughout which are actually readings from his book "NED: I Keep Moving- One Man's battle with cancer; the good, the bad, and everything in between". This is grown folk rap music at its finest. A perfect way to celebrate Hip Hop's 50 year anniversary.
"Dead the Deadweight" lyrically tells the story of how we have to move forward without some of our friends at times so we can progress and reach our potential.
"Daddy's Home", featuring Thirstin Howl the 3rd, is a tribute to fatherhood and staying close to your family.
The step by step hospital stay which resulted in his cancer diagnosis is brought to life in the title track "No Expiration Date".
He confesses his continuing love for his wife, thanking her for not abandoning him during the most traumatic time in their lives, during "Right By Your Side".
"Now It's Me", featuring Wordsworth & Thirstin Howl the 3rd, is a lyrical attack on social issues and gaining respect.
